It’s Jesus. (Colossians 3:3-4)

It’s Following. (Matthew 4:18-20)
Christian leadership is more than being important.
It’s making Jesus important (John 3:30)
Christian leadership is more than saying things people want to hear.
It’s saying the hard things. (Rev. 3:1-6)
Christian leadership is more than being yourself.
It’s being all things to all people. (1 Cor. 9:19)

It’s being weak so God can be strong. (2 Cor. 12:9-10)
